Superbugs: My Remedies Against Them

I’ve been seeing a lot of posts on social media about being sick because of all these superbugs lately. It’s only logical that I would want to share my arsenal of natural remedies. Along with ENZYMES that I take every day, I also have ESSENTIAL OILS that I use for simple discomforts like the pain in a kinked neck, to things as severe as cancer. I also have my Soul Seed Nutrition and USANA Vitamins, and many other things too numerous to mention.

bacteria, fungus, virus

These things are every day. EVERY day. Not just occasionally. In my world since cancer, keeping my immune system intact is almost a full time job. If you really want to avoid a trip to the ER, add some remedies that you can stick to on a daily basis. Staying healthy is easier than trying to get healthy.

In a nutshell:

My Enzyme Protocol: VSCLR, TRMA, SPL (vascular, trauma, spleen), SLP (sleep). And a few others as needed. For example, respiratory in case of a cold. I used to take resp when the cancer was in my lungs. Since I have healed significantly, I only use it occasionally. Enzyme therapy is a great defense against superbugs, especially the TRMA enzyme. Enzymes not only digest food, they fight inflammation and they remove waste. I guess you could say that viruses and bacteria are waste worthy of removing! And I like taking GMH-3 enzyme at times, which in my weirdness I like because this one has superoxide dismutase. Google it! 😉

Essential Oils: lets just say, I use a dozen different oils on any given day. Every day I use Frankincense, Copaiba, Balance, and Serenity. The supplements I use are DDR Prime (cellular repair), Serenity Softgels (has L-Theanine which helps the brain) for a good night’s sleep. I have been using On Guard Softgels lately because everyone seems to be sick.

Soul Seeds and Core. The seeds are complete nutrition with with the equivalent of over several servings of fruits and vegetables, and at least three servings of Omega Fatty Acids in only one pack. The core has spirulina, black cumin, dandelion, chlorella, kale, chlorophyllin, wheatgrass, cranberry, milk thistle, and aloe. I tell people all the time, if you only want to take ONE supplement, the Soul Seeds would be your best bet.
