Essential Oils in Health Care

Essential Oils class about to begin. What FUN!

Most all physicians agree on the wonderful effectiveness of essential oils except for the very few stubborn ones. Nurses and physicians who work with the terminally ill patients highly recommend essential oils as part of treatments which are very comprehensive. Treating with essential oils has become widely accepted among many physicians, surgeons, hospitals, and clinicians. Many endocrinologists, oncologists, psychiatrists as well as medical researchers are implementing essential oils into their treatment plans.

Any health care worker who uses essential oils will tell you that the oil must be pure when used in any anti-depressant, antiseptic, or anesthetic product. All essential oils must undergo high quality testing procedures, even more so than generic medicines. By using gas chromatography, compliance of a particular essential oil can be guaranteed to be of high standard. Any steam distilling plant must be assessed on a regular basis and pass all standards of producing essential oils. There are no preservatives that can ever be used when making these pure oils.

In taking a look at the many causes of cancer, it has been found that synthetic chemicals are one main reason. These synthetic chemicals are contaminating the environment. Asbestos is a direct link of evidence between our environment and cancer rates. The rate of juvenile diabetes has sky rocketed due to exposure of electro magnetic fields. There is a great deal of documented research to prove these findings. Many digestive cancers are being caused by high rates of chemicals being found in our drinking water.

Almost all professionals in the health care field are convinced that treatments consisting of essential oils are becoming a cure for many cancer treatment patients. In fact, there are many advocates who are now backing up the use of essential oils.

There are some researchers who do back up the use of the essential oil known as Burdock. They claim that this particular essential oil inhibits cancer. It is proven that Burdock is prescribed for many breast cancer patients. This essential oil has been proven to control side effects of most breast cancer therapies commonly used. Burdock is also helpful in maintaining many sick patients immune systems. Many essential oils are very helpful in treatments of colon and pancreatic cancer by speeding up recovery time and helping increase nutrition levels for patients who have no appetite.

Most all HIV and AIDS treatments are still in the experimental process. This is why many physicians are now prescribing essential oils as an alternative method to experimental drug therapy. Geranium has been shown to have excellent antiproliferative characteristics. This oil helps by boosting the immune system and slowing down the reproduction of cells. Anti-bodies are also increased by 40% in HIV treatment. Burdock is quite promising also. It has been proven to deplete leukocytes by at least 28% in cancer patients. By using both of these powerful essential oils. there are very small chances of any side effects occurring. These two essential oils are promising in the treatments of HIV and cancer with many more promising develops being studied.
